Practical terms for briefly Contact and this website.
Updated October 18, 2026
Publisher and scope
briefly Contact is a product of Dustin DeBard under the brieflyOS brand. These terms describe use of this website and the app’s services. Questions: support@brieflyos.com.
App license and purchases
If you download the app from Apple’s App Store and no custom license is provided with that download, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies. Purchase, billing, and refund handling follow the terms shown by Apple for your transaction. No price or subscription is offered through this website.
Your content and permissions
You retain rights to the photos, logos, and card text you provide. Use only content you own or are permitted to use, and include another person’s details or likeness only with appropriate permission. Do not use the app to impersonate someone, misrepresent a qualification, or distribute unlawful content. We do not claim ownership of your cards.
Sharing and service limits
Check card details and QR content before sharing. A recipient’s device controls how it reads a QR code or imports a contact. You are responsible for the website destination you choose. We cannot recall shared copies. Wallet uses Apple’s templates and requires valid signing and available supporting services; new passes and replacement passes are not guaranteed to be available at all times.
Development status and backups
The app is in development. This site does not represent App Store or TestFlight availability, a release date, or Apple approval. Screens show a synthetic sample identity in iOS Simulator and are not proof of Wallet installation or physical-device scanning. Keep any important contact details separately and manage your device backups. Background removal may not work for every image.
Privacy and your rights
The Privacy Policy describes app storage, optional sharing, service requests, and website traffic. These terms do not limit any consumer or privacy rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Apple, hosting providers, and external websites have their own applicable terms and policies.
